Job summary

Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC is seeking a Territory Capital Sales Manager in the United States to develop new business in the aesthetic field and support dermatology/plastic surgery practices.

The role requires 2+ years of B2B sales in capital equipment, strong presentation skills, and the ability to travel. You will work with a PDM to support customer success and manage contracts, pricing, and demos, with a base salary of $90,000–$110,000 and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Min. 2+ years of B2B Sales experience within Capital Equipment Sales.
• Backgrounds can be skincare, lasers, dental, etc.
• Documented Sales Success of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Knowledge/Understanding of FDA GMPs.
• Excellent communicator and presenter to physicians and/or large groups.
• Willingness to travel within a defined territory (may include some overnights).

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed sales quotas within assigned territory.
• Support new business development with your territory.
• Identify upselling opportunities and generate cross-sell referrals.
• Act as a SME on product indications, benefits and usage.
• Partner with providers to optimize business outcomes and promote procedural volume.
• Manage sales contracts, pricing quotes, and promotional tools.
• Monitor territory pipeline, forecast trends, and track performance metrics.
• Attend trainings, tradeshows and present product demos.
