Job summary

Favorite Brands LLC is seeking a Sales Representative to achieve sales goals and grow distribution by servicing assigned accounts. You will build strong customer relationships and apply company guidelines to maximize product reach.

The role requires at least one year of sales experience, a valid driver's license, and excellent organization and time management to schedule routes, visit customers, and ensure shelves are stocked and displays are effective.

Qualifications

• At least one year of sales experience.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of all brands and packages for sale.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Sells all products in accordance with company guidelines and TABC.
• Schedules routes to ensure all customers are visited regularly.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by identifying needs and implementing effective solutions.
• Develops and maintains rapport with all assigned customers.
• Continuously increases product knowledge to become an expert resource for customers.
• Accounts for POS displays and merchandise effectively in all accounts.
• Maintains inventory and reduces out‑of‑stocks at each customer account.
• Enters order information accurately into handheld sales software.
• Monitors product freshness and rotation to meet company standards.
• Completes and submits sales and other required reports on time.
