Job summary

MedStreamline, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Onsite Certified Medical Assistant (OCMA) to support residents and healthcare teams inside long-term care and senior living facilities within an assigned territory.

This field-based role serves as the face of MedStreamline, providing direct patient support and vital assessments. The OCMA will travel daily to partner facilities, document accurately, escalate concerns, and collaborate with facility leadership to ensure high-quality patient

Qualifications

• Current CMA credential through AAMA, AMT, or NHA.
• Experience in patient care, long-term care, senior care, or clinical support preferred.
• Outstanding communication, compassion, and professionalism.
• Strong documentation accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfort using technology and medical devices.
• Ability to travel daily within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Work inside long-term care and senior living facilities across assigned territories.
• Perform full vitals assessments using FDA-approved medical devices.
• Escalate critical vitals to facility staff as appropriate.
• Provide on-site patient care support and documentation.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Compliance, Logistics, IT, and Leadership.
