MedStreamline is seeking an Onsite Certified Medical Assistant to support residents in long-term care and senior living communities. You will perform vital assessments and partner with facility teams to ensure quality patient experiences across an assigned territory.

This field-based role requires strong communication, compassion, and precise documentation, with daily travel within the territory and a reliable vehicle. CMA certification through AAMA, AMT, or NHA is essential.

Qualifications

• Current CMA credential through AAMA, AMT, or NHA.
• Experience in long-term care or clinical support preferred.
• Able to travel daily within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Perform full vitals assessments in long-term care facilities.
• Escalate critical vitals to facility staff as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient data.
• Serve as on-site liaison between residents, staff, and MedStreamline.
• Travel daily within territory with reliable transportation.
