Job summary

Comprehensive Senior Care Corporation is seeking a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) to support the PACE center, providing hands-on care to participants in clinic and home settings. You will welcome participants, take vitals, assist with medications, and support care teams to maintain high-quality service.

We value experience with elderly or long-term care populations, strong critical thinking, organization, and multitasking.

Qualifications

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) required.
• 1+ year of clinical experience; 2+ preferred.
• Experience with elderly, frail, or long-term care population is a plus.
• CPR certification, or willingness to obtain through employer.
• Fully vaccinated against influenza, MMR, Varicella, Tdap/Td, COVID-19, and Hepatitis B.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and room participants, gathering history and addressing concerns.
• Obtain vitals, administer medications, injections, and vaccines.
• Assist with wound care, diagnostic testing (EKG, POC), and nebulizer treatments.
• Support providers with EMR documentation and prescription processing.
• Ensure equipment is sterilized, supplies are stocked, and clinic operations run smoothly.
• Provide care in the clinic and, when needed, in participant homes.
• Collaborate closely with staff, participants, and families using a patient-family centered care approach.
