Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work directly inside long-term care and senior living facilities within assigned territory.
• Perform full vitals assessments using FDA-approved medical devices.
• Escalate critical vitals to facility staff as appropriate.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and reflects patient care activities.
• Act as on-site MedStreamline representative and liaison with facility teams.
