Jasper Engines & Transmissions, a leading re-manufacturer of engines and transmissions, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to grow business in the Little Rock territory and surrounding areas. The role covers independent repair shops, fleets, and government accounts with a proven sales system and cross-functional teamwork.

The candidate should have a degree or two-plus years of sales experience, a hunter mentality, and automotive knowledge.

Qualifications

• Degree or two-plus years of sales experience.
• Hunter sales mentality is essential.

• Ability to cultivate business with independent facilities, fleets, and government entities.

Responsibilities

• Call on independent repair facilities, local fleets, and government entities within the territory.
• Develop and implement plans to maximize sales opportunities for assigned customers.
• Prepare needs assessments and sales proposals or presentations.
• Collaborate with inside sales, customer service, production, and distribution teams.
• Plan and manage accounts and introduce new products and updates.
• Build long-term value-based customer relationships and focus on opportunity growth.
