Job summary

DynaServ, part of Monarch Landscape Companies, seeks an ArborRepresentative to develop and implement processes that leverage business insights and manage sales across assigned Florida territories. The role serves as a key liaison between operations, maintenance partners, and prospective clients.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree or 5 years of related experience, with 3+ years in related work, and a valid driver license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years related work experience.
• Valid driver license.
• Ability to travel and work variable hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interface with VP, Regional Sales Manager and Branch Managers to develop and negotiate the portfolio of services for profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Manage opportunities through AborNote to provide visibility of sales efforts to management.
• Develop contacts and prospects to ensure long-term profitability through cold-calling, market research, and internal lead development.
• Generate job estimates/bid proposals with scope, boundaries and labor/material estimates in cooperation with operations.
• Reply to client RFPs promptly and professionally.
• Meet or exceed annual sales targets.
• Attend RFP pre-bid meetings and proposals.
