Job summary

The University of Sioux Falls is seeking an Admissions Recruiter to represent the campus to students, counselors, parents, churches, and alumni. You will market and present programs accurately, build relationships, and drive enrollment through community engagement.

Responsibilities include managing recruitment territories, coordinating events, and collaborating with Financial Aid and Student Services to relay important information.

Qualifications

• Articulate Christian commitment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Territory manager for assigned states and programs, developing goals and strategies.
• Communicate with prospective students and families via phone, email, text, and mail during recruitment.
• Plan and attend events such as college fairs, youth rallies, and church meetings within the territory.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Financial Aid, and Student Services to coordinate campus programs.
• Explain housing requirements, immunization rules, and deadlines to students.
• Relay information about financial aid and scholarships to applicants as needed.
• Articulate the Christian mission of the University to churches and youth groups.
