Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage a recruitment territory to achieve enrollment goals.
• Implement recruitment strategies including high school visits, college fairs, and events.
• Work with students, parents and alumni organizations on recruitment.
• Provide admission presentations during campus tours and events.
• Advise on admission requirements, transfer guidelines, financial aid and scholarships, residence life, etc.
• Follow up with students and parents via phone, letters, email, text, and appointments.
• Review applications, evaluate credentials, and make admission decisions.
• Complete routine recruitment reports and travel schedules.
• Support CRM data entry, reports, queries, communication flows, and events in Slate.
