Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years’ experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree and 4 years’ experience in admissions, recruitment, or related field.
• Occasional travel within the designated territory; some evenings and weekends for recruitment events.

Responsibilities

• Outreach: recruit prospective students and represent the college at civic, community, and business events.
• Recruitment strategy: develop, plan, execute, and evaluate activities across Lexington and regional campuses.
• Admissions counseling: guide prospective students and families on admissions, transfer guidelines, scholarships, and opportunities.
• CRM: enter prospect data, generate reports, and communicate with prospects to maximize yield.
• Campus tours & recruitment: lead tours for Leestown and Newtown campuses and support recruitment team.
• Recruitment programming: co-develop events like Open Houses and Preview Days.
• Faculty collaboration & policy: work with faculty and committees; understand Senate Rules governing admissions.
• Collaboration with student development/enrollment management: liaison between departments and maintain reports.
• Professional development: maintain memberships in KYACAC, KACRAO, SACRAO and attend meetings.
