Job summary

Champlain College is seeking an experienced admissions professional to lead recruitment across Massachusetts and the West Coast. The role requires strategic relationship-building with IECs, school counselors, and families, guiding applicants through enrollment and coordinating events.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle, travel during peak seasons, and help the team explore AI tools to support recruitment goals. Bachelor’s degree and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Demonstrated experience in college admissions or higher education recruitment.
• Experience recruiting in competitive IEC-heavy markets preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with educators, IECs, students and families.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment across Massachusetts and the West Coast territories.
• Build and sustain partnerships with school counselors, IECs, and community organizations.
• Represent Champlain College at college fairs, high school visits, and information programs.
