Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in admissions, enrollment management, student affairs, higher education, marketing, recruitment, sales, customer engagement, or a related field.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to exercise sound professional judgment and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel independently.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate undergraduate applications in accordance with University admissions policies and procedures.
• Assess academic and non-academic credentials and provide recommendations regarding admissions decisions.
• Participate in committee discussions and support enrollment management objectives through thoughtful applicant evaluation.
• Serve as a resource for prospective students and families visiting campus.
• Conduct information sessions, admissions interviews, campus visit programming, and counselor-of-the-day responsibilities, including responding to inquiries and providing admissions guidance.
• Participate in open houses, admitted student programs, webinars, virtual events, and other enrollment-related initiatives.
• Assist with planning, coordination, event execution, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain accurate records within the University’s CRM system, prepare reports, support operational initiatives, participate in departmental projects.
