Qualifications

• Experience with admissions systems such as Slate and PeopleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Manages an assigned recruitment territory and supports undergraduate enrollment goals through travel, outreach, application review, and yield activities.
• Represents the university through extensive recruitment travel, including high school visits, college fairs, and events; overnight and out-of-state travel is required.
• Plans and conducts in-person and virtual recruitment programs, presentations, appointments, webinars, and yield events for prospective students and families.
• Reviews applications, evaluates credentials, and makes admissions recommendations or decisions in line with policies.
• Provides responsive, student-centered service to prospective students, applicants, admitted students, families, and campus partners.
• Builds relationships with school counselors and community partners to support enrollment and coordinates with campus offices for a streamlined experience.
