Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-informed enrollment plans to recruit a pool of students meeting the University’s strategic goals for all populations.
• Independently manage a specific recruitment territory to identify, attract, select and enroll diverse and qualified students.
• Engage in extensive recruitment travel including evenings, weekends, and some overnight periods.
• Deliver recruitment presentations across a territory and act as an ambassador for Radford University to prospective students and families.
• Implement a domestic recruitment plan including high school visits, college fairs, information sessions, and counselor meetings.
