Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to speak to groups from diverse backgrounds.
• Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and overnight stays is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a geographic territory and meet recruitment goals.
• Assist students and families with enrollment steps and financial aid guidance.
• Provide clear communication with prospective students, families, and counselors.
• Conduct travel to college fairs and high school visits; coordinate events.
• Build relationships with guidance counselors and educational organizations.
• Conduct interviews and information sessions on- and off-campus.
• Evaluate admission applications and make enrollment decisions.
• Attend recruitment events, campus visits, and open houses.
