Job summary

The role requires travel, evening/weekend work, and presentations to groups. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a focus on effective communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Territory management: lead recruitment/admissions strategies and meet goals.
• Travel: develop travel plans and attend college fairs and events.
• Annual recruitment events: organize on/off campus activities and campaigns.
• Departmental operations: greet visitors, provide program info, conduct campus tours.
• Other duties: assist with recruitment projects and serve on committees.
• Professional development: engage in training and conferences to improve practice.
• Behavioral responsibilities: maintain respectful, professional conduct and inclusivity.
