Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Experience in B2B sales and account management.
• Proven ability to renew contracts and grow revenue.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee account management of existing commercial customer base with focus on renewal and revenue growth.
• Retain and develop long-term relationships through proactive service offerings and timely updates.
• Conduct personal visits, phone calls, and mailings to foster relationships.
• Administer and preserve price initiatives; secure increases on unprofitable accounts.
• Develop knowledge of services and pricing; offer additional services to increase revenue.
• Respond to service cancellation requests with priority and follow-up.
• Maintain CRM records and customer profiles; manage top 25 accounts.
• Travel between offices as required and maintain proactive communication.
