Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in hydronics, mechanical, or plumbing preferred.
• Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow customer relationships within your territory.
• Identify and pursue bid opportunities with quoting teams.
• Follow up with purpose to win business.
• Deliver responsive, knowledgeable support to customer partners.
• Represent Etna Supply at industry events, job sites, and client meetings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with vendors, engineers, contractors, and internal teams.
