  • Opportunities for advancement into leadership, technical specialist, or corporate roles.
  • Company‑provided resources, including:
    • A decaled company vehicle with gas card and E‑ZPass.
    • A company credit card for business expenses.
    • PPE and all necessary tools to keep you safe and successful.
  • Work with a company that values good character, entrepreneurial spirit, positivity, pride, and customer experience.
  • Make a tangible impact by ensuring customers’ operations stay compliant, efficient, and safe through reliable service and maintenance.
  • Ideal for individuals who are looking to start their career and build into sales or leadership roles.
What You Will Do
Service & Technical Maintenance
  • Install, service, and maintain warewashing, laundry, and dispensing systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with local and federal health guidelines.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, performing both routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
  • Provide hands‑on demonstrations and training to customers on safe and effective use of equipment and products.
  • Proactively monitor customer sites and equipment to identify and resolve potential issues before they become problems.
  • Maintain accurate service records, manage parts inventory, and ensure systems are functioning reliably to minimize customer downtime.

  • Provide emergency support in person or over the phone as needed, including participation in on‑call weekend rotations.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing insights from the field and collaborating with your team.
Key Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service, field service, account maintenance, or a related technical service role.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with skills in plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
