Job summary

Aegis Chemical Solutions is seeking an Account Manager to build strong customer relationships, deliver technical chemical solutions, and grow the territory through proactive business development. You will partner with Technical Services and Operations to resolve field challenges while mentoring junior staff and promoting safety.

The role emphasizes field work, strategic account management, and a results-driven mindset within production chemicals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience as Account Representative or Account Manager
Knowledge of production chemistry and field operations
Excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
Provide technical chemical solutions to improve operations.
Manage an assigned territory and develop new opportunities.
Prepare customer reports and performance reviews.
Conduct field analysis and troubleshoot chemical issues.
Manage inventories, treatment programs, and equipment.
Collaborate with Technical Services and Operations to resolve issues.
Lead and mentor Account Representatives and Service Technicians.
Maintain safety culture and monitor KPIs.
