Preferred Materials, Inc., a CRH Company, is seeking an Account Manager to grow and manage a territory of ready-mix concrete and block customers in Florida. You will develop new business, strengthen existing relationships, and work with contractors, builders, and DOT customers to provide solutions for project success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in concrete, building materials, construction, or a related industry.
• Experience managing a sales territory and growing customer relationships.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales within an assigned territory through new business development and account expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and key customers.
• Prepare accurate and timely quotes while providing product expertise and consultation.
• Identify project opportunities and proactively generate leads and referrals.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Manage customer accounts to maximize revenue and long-term retention.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment.
