Job summary

Axis RPO is seeking a motivated, people-focused Account Manager in the Greater Philadelphia area to build relationships, learn new skills, and advance your career. You’ll manage a client-approved territory, meet local business owners in person, and acquire and retain customers through a full-cycle sales process.

You’ll coordinate appointments, manage accounts, and collaborate with a driven team to exceed goals.

Qualifications

• 1-3yr experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus (not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A competitive, coachable, and growth-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

• Manage client approved territory
• Connect directly in-person with local business owners to share our clients’ services
