Role Description The Territory Account Manager is a full-time outside role based in St. Louis, MO area. We are looking for someone that wants to build relationships & hates to lose more than he/she likes to win! This role is responsible for managing and growing a defined territory by building relationships with underground utility contractors, identifying their equipment and safety needs, and recommending appropriate trench shoring, water pumps/dewatering equipment, trailer vacuum potholing equipment and related solutions. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying new accounts, conducting onsite meetings and product demonstrations, preparing quotes and rental agreements, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. The Territory Account Manager will collaborate closely with inside sales, operations, and service teams to coordinate deliveries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate account records. The role also involves participating in industry events and trainings, staying informed about product offerings and safety standards, and consistently meeting sales and territory performance goals.
