Job description

At LUX Infusion, we're reimagining infusion care to be more human, supportive, and connected. Inspired by lux - meaning light - we guide patients, providers, and partners through complex therapies with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

As a clinician-led, U.S.-based organization, we put people first - helping patients feel seen and supported through faster therapy starts, dedicated care coordination, and meaningful collaboration. Our commitment to inclusion, diversity, equity, and advancement (IDEA) is central to our culture, ensuring every team member feels valued and empowered to make a difference.

We're looking for a Territory Account Executive who wants to message that their work means something --- someone who brings ownership, purpose, and relationship-driven growth to expanding access to infusion care.

This is a field-based sales role covering Colorado area with up to 40% travel annually.

Why This Role Matters

This role plays a vital part in ensuring patients in the Colorado area can access timely, high-quality infusion therapy. By building trusted provider relationships, you help bridge clinical care with reliable, patient-centered infusion services.

In this role, your work will:

  • Help patients access infusion therapy sooner and with greater confidence
  • Support physicians and care teams through clarity, responsiveness, and coordination

Every referral represents a real person navigating a complex healthcare journey --- and your work helps make that journey more seamless and supported.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Own and execute a territory strategy targeting prescribers, infusion centers, specialty clinics, and hospital systems
  • Build and maintain strong referral partnerships with physicians, advanced practice providers, case managers, and discharge planners
  • Educate providers on LUX Infusion’s specialty and home infusion offerings, including IG home-based and suite-based care
  • Communicate LUX’s comprehensive support model, including insurance reimbursement support, patient onboarding, and care coordination
  • Collaborate closely with internal clinical, intake, and operations teams to support chronic and complex patient cases
  • Manage pipeline activity and referral growth using CRM tools, with a clear focus on quota attainment
  • Bring consistency, professionalism, and accountability to every provider interaction
What We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you bring:

  • A bachelor's degree or a minimum of five (5) years of relevant sales experience
  • At least three (3) years of documented B2B sales success, preferably in healthcare, medical device, or specialty pharmacy environments
  • A consistent, year-over-year record of sales performance and growth
  • Experience selling complex healthcare solutions such as infusion therapy, specialty biologics, DME, or home clinical services
  • Comfort thriving in a fast-paced, field-based role with significant face-to-face engagement
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic selling skills
  • A patient-centered mindset focused on long-term provider partnerships
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Experience in infusion therapy, specialty biologics, oncology, neurology, gastroenterology, or immunology
  • Knowledge of third-party reimbursement, prior authorizations, and specialty pharmacy workflows
  • Experience working with EMRs, CRM platforms, and care coordination teams
  • Prior success launching or expanding a territory or supporting a growth-phase organization
Why LUX Infusion

At LUX Infusion, we believe care deserves more light --- more warmth, more clarity, and more connection.

Here, you'll find:

  • Purpose-driven sales work with real patient impact
  • Autonomy to fully own your territory, supported by best-in-class clinical and operational teams
  • Competitive total rewards including $100,000-$120,000 annually, uncapped commission, car allowance, gas card, and full benefits

Come help expand access to infusion care across the Colorado area --- and see what's possible when care comes first.
