Role Overview
  • Serve as the core account executive and primary contact for your customers.
  • Sell the entire Customer 360 Platform to new prospects, focusing on net new logos within your territory.
  • Prospect across all lines of business, uncover opportunities, and introduce Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop account strategies, align resources, and identify the best products for customer needs.
  • Engage in cross-selling and upselling to maximize account potential throughout the fiscal year.
Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize collaborative selling techniques and partner with internal teams to add value.
  • Generate pipeline and close deals, emphasizing value and ROI over technical features.
