Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr

Territory: Connecticut and Rhode Island

Company: Pioneering dermatology manufacturer, providing first-of-its-kind customizable prescription medication and skincare solutions to leading dermatology practices across the United States.

Description:

  • Leverage existing relationships in dermatology, med spas, and the aesthetic industry to achieve monthly prescription sales performance objectives through customer service presentations and deep medication knowledge.
  • Provide territory coverage through consistent targeting and follow-up with identified prescribers.
  • Build and adhere to a sales plan to maximize personal performance.
  • Maintain consistent communication with colleagues and leadership to improve the territory and meet corporate goals.
  • Achieve high standards of professionalism and performance.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Dermatology/Aesthetic or Medical sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Demonstrated selling skills, organization, focus, and determination.
  • Proven sales accomplishments, and ability to bring a book of relationships to the table for personal use in the territory.
  • Hungry and a hunter mentality, personally motivated to achieve goals.

Compensation: $85-100k Base DOE, $220k at plan uncapped – $750/month car allowance, gas reimbursements, expenses, laptop/cell phone, 401k, and great benefits.
