Job summary

Stratis Group seeks an Access & Reimbursement Manager to operate in a contracted field-based role across designated territories. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, patient support services, and access resources to facilitate approved access.

You will develop territory plans, coordinate with sales, market access, and hub/pharmacy partners, and document activities in the CRM. Travel is required to cover accounts and ensure compliant access services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, or Sales in healthcare.
• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Cardiovascular/Cardiology and Hospital Healthcare Systems experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities that support patient access and act as liaison to patient assistance and access services.
• Provide education on Retail and Specialty Pharmacy prior authorizations, appeals, and denials.
• Participate in client meetings and cross-functional team calls; log activity in CRM.
• Serve as local access and reimbursement expert for geography; monitor payer policy and formulary coverage.
• Communicate changes and field insights to internal stakeholders in a timely, compliant manner.
• Use only client-approved materials and resources when engaging with providers and staff.
• Identify field access insights and reimbursement challenges to support continuous improvement.
• Report adverse events, product complaints, and other required information as per policy.
