Boyne Resorts at The Summit at Snoqualmie is seeking a Terrain Park Cat Supervisor to lead the overnight snowcat crew, build and maintain terrain park features, and ensure safety and high-quality execution across all runs. The Terrain Park Cat Supervisor leads the overnight snowcat team responsible for building and maintaining world-class terrain park features across the resort. This role combines hands-on grooming expertise with strong leadership skills, overseeing a crew of Terrain Park Cat Operators to ensure every feature is constructed safely, progressively, and to the highest standard for riders of all ability levels. Beyond operating state-of-the-art snowcat equipment, you'll train new and existing operators, develop nightly grooming and build plans in coordination with the Terrain Park and Mountain Operations teams, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to elevate the crew's technical and artistic execution.
Come work and play at Seattle's home mountain, The Summit at Snoqualmie. Located an hour West of Seattle via Interstate 90 at Snoqualmie Pass, The Summit includes four unique mountain areas, a snow tubing park, Nordic center, SnowSports School, and 10+ food and beverage establishments.

Wage and Benefit Info:
The wage range for this positions is: from $28.00-32.00/hr DOE
This is a non-benefited role.
All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2 year vesting cliff).
All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.
