The Summit at Snoqualmie is seeking a Terrain Park Cat Supervisor to lead the overnight snowcat team, build and maintain terrain park features, and supervise Terrain Park Cat Operators across the resort. You will train and develop operators, plan nightly grooming and build plans with Mountain Operations, and coach the crew to elevate technical and artistic execution.

The Terrain Park Cat Supervisor leads the overnight snowcat team responsible for building and maintaining world-class terrain park features across the resort. This role combines hands-on grooming expertise with strong leadership skills, overseeing a crew of Terrain Park Cat Operators to ensure every feature is constructed safely, progressively, and to the highest standard for riders of all ability levels. Beyond operating state-of-the-art snowcat equipment, you'll train new and existing operators, develop nightly grooming and build plans in coordination with the Terrain Park and Mountain Operations teams, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to elevate the crew's technical and artistic execution.

The wage range for this positions is: from $28.00-32.00/hr DOE
