Job summary

Bear Valley seeks a Terrain Park Attendant to maintain and construct terrain park features while ensuring rider safety and educating guests on proper use of the park. The role requires skiing or snowboarding throughout the day and a strong understanding of terrain park safety protocols.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and to perform daily inspections and repairs is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to ski or snowboard in all weather conditions.
• Proficient with hand tools (rakes, shovels, drills).
• Able to stand and work for long shifts.
• Committed to guest safety and terrain park etiquette.
• Must be able to follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Maintain terrain park features and signage during operating hours.
• Open terrain park each day by setting up boundary ropes and clearing snow.
• Close features safely when conditions require.
• Inspect features for damage and arrange repairs.
• Assist with reporting injuries to ski patrol.
• Other duties as assigned.
