Job summary

Vail Resorts in New Hampshire is hiring for winter 2026/27 for the Advanced Terrain Park Crew. The role will supervise, train, schedule, and motivate Terrain Park Attendants and Operators, with daily risk assessments of features and signage.

Starting wage is $22.26 to $27.83 per hour; full-time and part-time shifts available. The team will design and maintain parks, coordinate safety meetings, and ensure high standards of guest service and operations during the season.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of education.
• Minimum of 5 years of terrain park experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to work outside in alpine conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle equipment.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, supervise, and lead Terrain Park Attendants and Operators.
• Organize and conduct weekly safety meetings and document case-specific equipment and PPE training.
• Lead Terrain Park Attendants and Groomers through daily operations and nightly design and construction planning.
• Perform daily risk assessment, feature inspections, maintenance, and testing of all features.
• Direct leads, attendants, and operators to complete projects and general maintenance efficiently and carefully.
• Assist Terrain Park Manager and Grooming team in design and construction planning for all parks, pipes, and special events.
• Assist Ski Patrol with accident investigations.
• Hire, fire, and schedule terrain park attendants.
• Act as liaison between attendants and upper management and other departments.
• Assist in the development of nightly grooming plans for Terrain Parks.
• Take responsibility for park operations and decision making when manager is unavailable.
• Act as a role model regarding employee development and guest-service initiatives.
• Assist in all trainings for Terrain Park Attendants, including implementation of necessary tools and equipment.
• Develop standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
