Mt. Bachelor is seeking a Terrain Park Groomer to develop and maintain terrain parks, working closely with supervisors to ensure efficient operations and safety. You will shape, reset, or dig out features, operate snow cats, and manage park builds through the night shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–4 seasons of terrain park snow cat operations preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work nights in cold conditions.

Responsibilities

• Groom and maintain terrain park from start to finish.
• Build and rebuild medium/large park features.
• Operate and manage snow cats, blades, tillers, and related equipment.
• Maintain grooming logs and ensure safety standards are met.
