Qualifications

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate grooming equipment.
• Construct and maintain terrain park features using a snow cat.
• Groom all terrain parks and park features nightly.
• Supervise night-time hand crew during build projects.
• Coordinate maintenance and reconstruction of parks with the winter plan and end-of-day communications.
• Assist in digging out and moving jib features with night-time park rangers.
• Motivate and direct day crews during night builds.
• Report grooming results to the terrain park lead groomer, manager, or supervisors.
• Fill out grooming forms nightly (trail checklist, Nightly Reports).
• Support team efforts by participating in safety meetings and maintaining a positive attitude.
