Job summary

Mt. Bachelor is hiring a Terrain Park Groomer for the 2026/27 season in Bend, Oregon. You will work closely with supervisors to develop and maintain our terrain parks, shaping features, operating snow cats, and ensuring efficient builds.

A strong background in terrain park grooming and snow cat operation is required. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–4 seasons of terrain park experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3 to 4 seasons of terrain park snow cat operations experience.
• Current and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Groom, shape and maintain terrain park features from start to finish.
• Build and rebuild park features across sizes and layouts.
• Operate snow cats and manage related maintenance tasks.
• Maintain grooming logs and meet shift timelines.
