The Terrain Park Groomer/Builder assists the Terrain Park Manager and Grooming Manager with the design, construction, and maintenance of terrain park features. The role ensures that parks are safe, visually appealing, and enjoyable by performing nightly grooming, operating equipment, and managing snow.
This role requires extended periods of sitting, standing, climbing, and operating heavy machinery in cold, snowy conditions. Employees must be able to lift up to 50lbs frequently and occasionally 100lbs or more. Good vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment are required.
Work is performed outdoors in winter mountain conditions, including exposure to extreme cold, snow, wind, and low visibility. Terrain Park Groomer/Builders operate near fixed objects, on steep slopes, and in noisy environments. The pace of work is fast and often requires independent decision‑making and close coordination with other team members.
