Job summary

The Summit at Snoqualmie is seeking a Terrain Park Hand Crew Administrator to support operations and guest experience on the mountain. You will help maintain park features, educate guests on etiquette, and assist with scheduling and park logs to ensure a safe, enjoyable environment.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the park, inspecting features for safety, and coordinating with Park Patrol, Ski Patrol, and Mountain Ops.

Qualifications

• Skilled skier or snowboarder with strong guest service orientation.
• Ability to maintain consistent attendance and flexible day/evening shifts.
• Proactive work ethic and motivation to perform well.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort learning new software and systems used in ski-area operations.
• Strong organization and planful problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the park and ensure proper signage and safety measures.
• Maintain the Terrain Park Hub on Microsoft Whiteboard and assist purchasing via Concur.
• Inspect features for safety and assist with park logging and scheduling.
• Educate guests about Terrain Park rules and Park SMART guidelines.
• Collaborate with Patrol and Mountain Ops on incidents and safety improvements.
• Maintain clean park areas and assist with feature maintenance as needed.
• Support guest experience through assistance and communication.
