Job summary

Stevens Pass Mountain Resort is hiring a Terrain Park Attendant for the Summer Seasonal 2026 period in Leavenworth, WA. The role focuses on maintaining terrain park features and assisting with mountain operations, including use of small equipment and fabricating metal/wood components.

Starting wage ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour. This seasonal, full-time style position includes housing availability and safety-focused expectations, with comprehensive employee benefits and training

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year mountain operations experience.
  • English fluency.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to lift at least 100 pounds.
  • Ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

  • Grinding, cutting, polishing, fabricating wood and metal using various powered and hand tools.
  • General shop maintenance, including cleaning, upkeeping on tools, reporting needs for replacement of tools and supplies.
  • Organizing steel, wood, nuts, bolts, other hardware— Keen eye for detail.
  • Being around and helping guide heavy equipment.
  • High regard for safety and personal ability to handle tasks alone or supervised.
  • This position involves working with/around welders and other hot work-related duties and requires hot work learning Via The Lift.

Job Summary

The Park Maintenance Crew will perform various manual and skilled labor tasks tomaintainterrain park features and infrastructure. Includes metal shop fabrication related to terrain park features. Will provide support to other mountain operation and trail maintenance departments with general labor tasks. Operates small equipment such as forklifts.

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
