Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring a Terrain Park attendant in Kansas City to help shape and maintain our terrain parks for guests.

You will assist in designing, building, and inspecting park features, while ensuring a safe and fun experience. This winter seasonal, part-time position offers a starting wage of $20–$23 per hour with employee perks and training opportunities. Experience in outdoor work and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs is valued, and strong communication with guests is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Ski and ride to a minimum of level 7.
• Able to work extended hours outdoors in alpine environment.
• Basic hand tool knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and assist in construction, inspection, and testing of terrain park features
• Install, maintain, and monitor safety materials including; signage, boundaries, entrances & exits, and feature markers
• Support Ski Patrol as needed
• Communicate effectively with guests
• Other duties as assigned

Job Summary:

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr. - $23.00/hr.. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
