Job summary

Vail Resorts in Avon, Colorado, is hiring a Terrain Park Attendant for the Winter Season 2026/2027. Starting wage is $20.00–$23.00 per hour, with full-time and part-time hours and housing availability.

Join a team that shapes and maintains our terrain parks while delivering a safe, fun guest experience. Responsibilities include construction, inspection, and testing of park features, installing safety materials, supporting Ski Patrol, and communicating effectively with guests.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must communicate fluently in English.
• Ski & Ride to a minimum of level 7.
• Able to work outdoors in an alpine environment.
• Basic hand tool knowledge or skill preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and assist in construction, inspection, and testing of terrain park features.
• Install, maintain, and monitor safety materials including signage, boundaries, entrances & exits, and feature markers.
• Support Ski Patrol as needed.
• Communicate effectively with guests.
• Other duties as assigned.

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
