Prominent is hiring for an Infrastructure Operations Engineer role in Greenwood Village, Colorado or Omaha, NE. This position requires 1-3 years of experience in Azure-based infrastructure management and expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.

The candidate will work with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies, showcasing excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills. Anticipated hourly rate ranges from $46 to $51 per hour.

Great position to gain entry into a growing FinTech organization in Greenwood Village, Colorado or Omaha, NE! Prominent is helping our client staff up their Infrastructure Operations Team by adding a few associate level support roles.

Potential candidates will need to have the ability to work W2 on Prominents’ payroll during the contract period.

Essential Skills and Experience Required:

• 1-3 most recent years proven experience as an Infrastructure Operations Engineer or similar role, with a focus on Azure-based infrastructure setup and management.
• Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
• Knowledge and experience with Azure monitoring and alerting services like Azure Monitor, Azure Application Insights, Azure Sentinel, and Log Analytics
• Awareness of security best practices for Azure deployments, including access controls, IAM, and data encryption. Awareness of FedRAMP, FISMA, and/or Zero Trust Architecture is desired.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using tools like Azure DevOps
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams

Anticipated hourly rate while on contract is in the $46-51/hr range.
