Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned engineer to build secure, repeatable automation for federal and DoD customers. You will develop modules, CI/CD pipelines, and policy-driven controls, while mentoring teammates and implementing policy-as-code practices.

The role requires hands-on Terraform, Git, Cloud Build, and Artifact Registry experience, plus an Active Secret clearance. Occasional travel to customer sites and a hybrid/remote work arrangement are supported.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant technical or engineering experience.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• TS/SCI eligibility preferred.
• Experience with Terraform, Git, Cloud Build, Artifact Registry, policy-as-code, testing, secrets, SBOM/provenance, and release management.
• Washington, DC / Northern Virginia area preferred.
• Hybrid or remote work with 10–25% travel.
