Job summary

Two Six Technologies is seeking a Cloud Engineer in Herndon, VA to design, implement, and manage infrastructure across cloud environments using Terraform. The role emphasizes automation, scalability, and security to support critical, mission-driven projects.

You will collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Engineering teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment strategies, leveraging AWS and multiple tooling ecosystems. A TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 5+ years of cloud engineering or DevOps experience.
• Strong proficiency with Terraform and AWS.
• Hands-on Linux development experience and scripting ability.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Migrate CloudFormation code to Terraform and develop reusable modules.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Engineering for CI/CD and deployment strategies.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security across cloud environments.
