Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Termite Technician to protect customers' properties from wood-destroying organisms. You will perform inspections, prevention, and treatments, and work as the first line of defense for customer peace of mind.

The role requires driving, climbing, and working in confined spaces, with a pay range of hourly $16.90–$21.00. Benefits start day one, and a company vehicle is provided. Training and safety protocols are emphasized throughout the role.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience.
• Be safety conscious and able to follow procedures.
• Must wear PPE and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and understand termite behaviors to determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatment services safely according to company guidelines and standard practices.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures per schedule and label instructions.
• Communicate critical conditions and potential structural modifications to customers.
• Verify that job specifications are appropriate for each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Complete production forms documenting services provided.
• Interact with customers and explain services provided.
