Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Termite Technician to perform termite treatment services safely and follow company guidelines. You will identify termite problems, explain procedures to customers, and work hands-on with tools and equipment in various environments.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years of customer service experience, and a valid driver's license. Benefits start day 1 for full-time colleagues, with a comprehensive Total Rewards program including

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
At least 2 years of customer service experience; termite control experience a plus.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Flexibility with working hours; Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by regulations.
Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Identify customer's termite problems and apply knowledge of termite behaviors to determine remedial steps.
Communicate critical conditions conducive to termite activity and discuss procedures and structural modifications.
Enter and exit structures and crawl spaces; climb stairs and ladders.
Use application and inspection equipment, small hand tools, and power drills.
Tolerate a variety of environmental conditions including damp or dusty locations.
Operate and maintain equipment and vehicle in clean, good-working order.
