HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking a Termite Technician to service homeowner routes and diagnose termite issues. You will present a professional appearance, conduct training, and obtain pest control credentials as part of your career path.

Role includes independent field work, accurate reporting, and ongoing customer communication, with a supportive team and competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired.
• Obtain your pest control Registered Technician credentials.
• Keep your knowledge sharp by attending company provided pest & termite control training classes regularly.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Complete home drawings (termites) and provide to office staff.
• Keep customer informed about the service.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.
