Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking a proactive Termite Technician to join our Orlando team. You will deliver exceptional service on your route, present a professional image, and discuss pest issues with homeowners to tailor solutions.

Training provided, with company-paid licensing opportunities to advance in pest control. As part of HomeTeam, you’ll work independently, keep accurate service tickets, and contribute to termite prevention on new constructions.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired.
• Obtain your pest control Registered Technician credentials.
• Keep your knowledge sharp by attending company provided pest & termite control training classes regularly.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Complete home drawings (termites) and provide to office staff.
• Keep customer informed about the service.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.
• Termite Technicians perform chemical pretreats to lots prior to a foundation pour, and final grade treatments to newly built homes that have yet to be occupied.

As a HomeTeam Termite Technician, you can expect to:
