Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense is hiring a Termite Technician to service homeowners on a route with a focus on customer satisfaction. You'll present a professional appearance, diagnose pest issues, discuss additional services, and complete service tickets while working independently with training provided.

You will obtain termite technician credentials and continue training as part of the role. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, holidays,

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided!
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired.
• Obtain your pest control Registered Technician credentials.
• Keep your knowledge sharp by attending company provided pest & termite control training classes regularly.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Complete home drawings (termites) and provide to office staff.
• Keep customer informed about the service.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.
