Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is seeking a HomeTeam Termite Technician to service homeowners on a daily route, diagnose pest issues, and present additional services when needed. You will maintain a tidy appearance, company truck, equipment, and uniform.

No experience required—training is provided. You'll obtain termite technician credentials and participate in regular training sessions, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners and offer additional services or products.
• Obtain termite technician credentials.
• Attend company-provided pest and termite control training classes.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Complete home drawings (termites) and provide to office staff.
• Keep the customer informed about the service.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.

Responsibilities

As a HomeTeam Termite Technician, you can expect to:

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired
• Obtain your pest control Registered Technician credentials
• Keep your knowledge sharp by attending company provided pest & termite control training classes regularly
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff
• Complete home drawings (termites) and provide to office staff
• Keep customer informed about the service
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently

Termite Technicians perform chemical pretreats to lots prior to a foundation pour, and final grade treatments to newly built homes that have yet to be occupied. They are typically on construction sites and must be aware of all safety protocols.
