Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking a Termite Technician to serve homeowners on a regular route. You will deliver exceptional service, maintain a professional appearance, diagnose termite issues, and pursue required pest control credentials with company support.

Training is provided, expectations include accurate reporting, ongoing education, and clear customer communication. This role offers a chance for growth within a leading pest management company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired.
• Obtain your pest control Registered Technician credentials.
• Keep your knowledge sharp by attending company provided pest & termite control training classes regularly.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Complete home drawings (termites) and provide to office staff.
• Keep customer informed about the service.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.

As a HomeTeam Termite Technician, you can expect to:

Termite Technicians perform chemical pretreats to lots prior to a foundation pour, and final grade treatments to newly built homes that have yet to be occupied. They are typically on construction sites and must be aware of all safety protocols.
